OK, I am all caught up for the A Year In Color challenge - well, I am still working on this weeks - but I have the other 2 done. Wow, did she pick some real challenges! You get a little sneak peek at some stamp sets from the Occasions Mini which will be available on March 1st! Ok, here goes...
The Feb 12 challenge was Real Red, Kraft & Black... I used a layout from a new book I bought at Michaels called "Card Maker's Sketch Book" Edited by Tanya Fox. It has 200+ card layouts! I used the Rub-Ons on the stars, then punched them out with the Large & Small Star Punches. The saying is from Phrases From A Friend - from the Occassions Mini.
The Feb 19th challenge was River Rock, Basic Black & Basic Gray. Do you know how hard it is to color in an image with just these colors!!! This also uses another set from the Occassions Mini called For Father. This set goes great with the Sanded Background Stamp! Check out Colleen's & Stasia's interpretations too!
I love your creations. I know the neutral one was tough, but you did a great job. Glad to see you back to blogging, I was missing your creations. Talk to you soon.
